This is proof of how Tiger Properties operates.
They repeatedly send “legal notices” for the same issue, but each time with a different amount. First it’s AED 173,000, then AED 231,000, and so on. No explanation, no calculation, no reference to the contract. The numbers simply change depending on what suits them.
According to the contract, such increases are not possible without clear calculations and justification. Yet they keep making these numbers up.
Another issue they push people to use their app, but when you open it, there is absolutely nothing there. Login details keep changing, nothing works, no answers, no transparency.
On top of that, they claim the account is an escrow account, but they have provided no proof, no registration, no confirmation. Based on my information, this account is not properly verified as an escrow account for the Faradis Tower project, yet they continue to present it as such.
Honestly, I have to ask is this the behavior of a serious real estate developer, or something closer to a psychiatric clinic? Because this looks much more like the latter.
This is not normal.
