Help bring peace to my family!

All I know is this movie was hilarious! And there was scene where a man (looking a lot like Steven Guttenburg) was in a house with a woman and opened the window to see a man picking at his toes, and Guttenburg says, “it’s toe pickin’ day!” My mom swears the Olsen twins were in it, too! Help! It won’t leave my brain.
