I saw so many related posts about AOS with misrepresentation of the visa. I don't care if they intentionally did it or "on the spur of the moment," but the consequences are on you and your partner. I am surprised there are so many naive or short-thought people who come to Esta or B visa and think that AOS will be no problem.
Moreover, they misrepresented their visa and did AOS without hiring an expert, and they started whining in here when obviously bad things happened, making me sick.
STOP POSTING THOSE POSTS. YOU HAVE TO DO IT THE RIGHT WAY, AND IF YOU ARE NOT DOING IT THE RIGHT WAY, HIRE AN EXPERT AND PRAY TO YOUR PREFERRED GOD INSTEAD OF WHINING HERE.
