I went two straight months without vaping until I went out on a weekend. I got high and then decided later that night that I was going to buy a vape. Ended up vaping for 3 hours straight. Worried my lungs, breathing and anxiety are all going to go through the same problems again. Would I be considered back to zero in terms of recovery towards the 90 day mark?
