High prescription glasses (-6 / -10) feeling too heavy — need lens and frame advice
Hey everyone!
I am struggling with the weight of my current glasses. Left eye -6.00, right eye -10.00, currently using 1.67 index Nikon lenses for the past 10 months and they feel uncomfortably heavy all day.
Looking for advice on:
- What lens index, brand, and frame material would you recommend for someone with a high prescription like mine? Also does going with a smaller frame actually help with thickness and weight?
Would love to hear from anyone who's dealt with a similar situation.
