The videos are even crazier. Over thousands of honey/pollinator bees tried to find a home right above my window. They got into the ceiling and It felt like they were in the room with me because of how loud they were. The pelting on my window was horrific, these bees did not seem happy. A couple found their way into my apartment and my cats were having a field day trying to hunt them. I was nervous that my cats and I would get stung, so I got an Airbnb for the night. Got back in the morning to grab some things after having to extend my stay at the Airbnb because no one ended up coming to deal with the bees, and there were fallen soldiers dead all along my window. It was the craziest 3 days I’ve ever had in Bloomington. It was JUST my apartment, neighbors were totally fine. Everyone I’ve shown these pictures and videos to have said they’ve never seen anything like that before, even the pest guy and beekeeper I talked to! Feels like some kind of omen.
