Everytime I try to revise I just get the urge to scroll on either Instagram or Tiktok,I end up scrolling for maybe 2 hours without realising and just convince my self to finish studyig tomorrow but then the cycle just continues. I don't want to just unistall those apps as they are part of my day to day life.But I see it is just interrupting my studying sessions what do I do??
