Apple Express Replacement
Hello,
I am really hoping that someone can help me out here. 8 days ago I contacted Apple about an express replacement for my IPhone 16. I have apple care + so it is all covered. It is supposed to take 3-5 days for a replacement, but when I called support they said it would be delivered by June 26th because it is on back order. I am incredibly confused, as when I go on the Apple website, it says the exact same phone is in stock and can be delivered by tomorrow. I absolutely need my phone for work. I don’t know what to do. I can’t wait over a month, I will lose my job. Does anyone know of anything I can do in this situation? I thought about driving to the nearest apple store and seeing if they can just do the replacement in person, but its a far drive and I dont even know what they would say.
