This sounds stupid but in eagerness to secure a waiver position at desired place, I didn’t negotiate a sign in bonus. My waiver is still pending approval but the hospital has started onboarding process with full enthusiasm. I signed a binding agreement for full time attending, full contract will follow later i assume. Is there a way i can ask for a sign in bonus now in a gentler way?
