I know every person's weight loss journey is different, and i shouldnt compare mine to another persons', but its hard. I only lost 6 lbs in the last 2 months, and its hard seeing other people lose almost double that in half the time. How does everyone deal with feeling like im not doing enough? Or is this just me?

Im at around a 200 cal deficit, with 5 days a week exercise, and a high protein diet. I cant go lower than that because the last time i tried, i would get massive headaches.
