I've been a reporting analyst at a mid sized health insurance company for about 4 years and have previous experience as a claims examiner at the same company for two years. I have my bachelor's in public health. Looking to advance my career, wondering if anyone has suggestions? I've heard of different certifications you can get or whether I just need some more experience in this role. Seems like it'd take a while to get any sort of promotion in my department and we only get raises once a year.
