How to report racism in Berlin?
As a foreigner, I have experienced racism in Germany multiple times, but now after years of respectfully living here, I have had enough to start a legal fight for my last experience (if needed). There is a petrol station near my home in Berlin, where I always wash my car there and afterward I wash my hand and leave. This time, a new employee was there and after a second of looking at me, refused to let me wash my hand, and when I asked why, she said “because I say NO”. Then I politely asked for her name and she refused telling her name too. This was not my worst experience of course, but I really want to report it properly, and make sure Berlin Police and Jet (gas station chain) will at least have look at her profile and let her know that she should behave. Is there any proper way that I can report, to be sure that the case would be followed up, at least by a call to them and asking who was working there at that day on that time, and who is her direct manager?
