LF for this book.. I can't remember everything but she was in a mental institution and a worker there was trying to S* her and her father she didn't know about or he didn't know about her but once he did came there to pick her up,saves her. she also has a brother via her father.

Im looking for a book where the FMC was kidnapped when she was younger and kept prisoner or abused for a long time. She either finally escapes or is saved. She returns home completely changed and broken. One or all MMCs could be her childhood friend or something similar. I'll also take any just MF recs as well!
