I suspect the snow is the problem and anticipate it will work once the snow melts? I cannot access my roof so would have to call someone but I’m in Colorado so it will be warmer this afternoon and 70 degrees by Friday. I have a space heater so it’s not an emergency unless it will harm the system.

My other question is why didn’t my neighbor’s collect snow? Why hasn’t this happened in the past when it has snowed?

I admittedly wasn’t running it yesterday because I keep my house around 65 degrees to sleep… should I just always run it for heavy/wet spring snow?
