Hello! I am looking for someone to take over my lease for lobo village. I am moving out May.
Lease Takeover would be from June 1st, 2026 - July 31st, 2026. So if anyone is interested please reach out to me!
Rate is $775 a month, willing to chip in $50/month.

• The unit is female only
• Unit is pet-friendly
• Ist floor for easy access for groceries
• You would have your own room and bathroom

• Great if you have an internship over the summer and need a place to stay!

Trying to get rid of Lobo Village lease from now until July 31st. First floor apartment, with window looking out at parking lot. All female, no pets, only 2 other roommates currently. Brand new carpet in room and hardwood will be replaced in June. New washer/dryer also. No shared walls, great location.
