So I extracted and smoked dmt out of vape pen for the first time, I inhaled one decent hit then felt like my whole body was paralyzed (like light electricity coursing through the blood vessels), somewhat like salvia which i really didn't like.

Is this normal part of the dmt experience? I know i didnt reach the breakthough threshold but i just dont see how people find this enjoyable lol I did experience intense patterns and shadow-like figures hovering over my soul? I cant really describe.
