This player: https://www.faceit.com/en/players/MrR8 ( his steam profile: https://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198026204188 ) has been verbally abusive in voice chat during several games. I have recorded clips of him saying abusive things in voice chat, and I even have a couple screenshots of him referring to eastern european teammates/enemies as "toilet cleaners". I have reported him several times from clicking on the three vertical dots next to the "add friend" button on his profile, but I dont know if that report actually does anything. I was not a member of the matchroom of any games I recorded him being verbally abusive on, so I cant report him within the matchroom.

And no, me personally, I wouldnt consider this post to be a "witch-hunt" against this player. The player deserves a ban/cooldown considering all the vile things they say and write.

I understand reporting someone in the matchroom is the best way to report. But if the report function within a matchroom is no longer available, but I only now have video evidence of the transgression occurring, is the report function directly on a player's profile viable? I've submitted lots of video evidence in the form of youtube links, atleast 30 videos and 7 individual reports on a player's profile: Each report I've done on this player I have attached a matchroom link where the abusive language took place, along with the correct youtube videos for each matchroom. Yet, this player has not been banned yet. The evidence is quite overwhelming. I even have submitted a couple screenshots of the player in question writing racist remarks in all chat.
