Biometric Security - Think About It
Everyone in this thread, needs to seriously think about what you're doing.
Retina scans are part of your unique, personal, biometric data and are a form of security moving forward.
Already there's basic use in the public domain with security features on phones, even on passports (hence no eyewear allowed) and in airports
This isn't a "tin foil hat" situation, all retinas are unique, a bit like a thumb print and part of your unique biometric identity data. You're casually leaving yours available "out there" to be stolen and abused by anyone.
The link provided is an example. A quick Google about iris recognition and biometrics will hopefully help understand why this thread is a severe security risk to your private data and identity.
