As title suggests I think it would be really cool for my boy veigar to get a unique chibi, he's pretty popular (nowhere near lux etc I know) and it would be nice to get some new champions with a chibi. So Here's my idea, the finisher animation can be pretty simple but represent the character. Have veigar putting up his cage and the opponent run into it becoming stunned. Then can have the camera slowly pan up to see his W plummeting towards their head and off to the side have his ult coming in too culminating in a giant explosion and his not annoying whatsoever laugh.

Picture is relevant as I think this would be the best skin for it but of course I am biased. Would love to hear peoples thoughts.
