Please rate my workout

Hi everyone! I’m a 39m and I wanted to get feedback on this workout routine I’m doing. All of these are with dumbbells (25lbs for single-handed exercises and 35lbs for double handed).

I started in earnest about a month and a half ago and have come down from a 46in to a 44in waistline, and I want to make it to 38.

It seems like the current routine is working, but I wanted to know if there’s anything I could do besides increasing weight progressively. I started with 15lb dumbbells and am now at 25lb.

I do 4 sets of 10 reps each.
