Hello , I was on Lexapro 5mg for 4 weeks and then slowly stopped taking it by cutting down over 3 weeks.

My resting heart rate before Lexapro used to be around 58, with Lexapro 54.

Now it keeps creeping up a beat every night, and I'm at 68 today. Is this to be expected and will it go back to previous levels, or at least stop going up?

I don't notice any other withdrawal effects.

I've been trying to test my glucose response to different carbs, I've been avoiding for a while, to see if anything changed.

Is this a reasonable response to having a small portion of chicken curry with white rice, that also contained potatoes? I had a teaspoon of psyllium husk with water before.
