I got this fuzzy golden barrel (Haystack) & alien lookin zebra haworthia (Needle) at a gift shop while on a date to a plant museum about a week ago, and they've both started leaning off to the side since then. Im not very experienced with plants, I had a succulent once that died, so im trying to redeem myself here.

I keep them at my office, but my desk doesn't have a window so I move it from one side of the building to another to follow the sun throughout the day. They get around 5-6 hours of sunlight, but i dont know how much of that is direct. I'm wondering if I might need a grow light to compensate since they're the only two windows I can use and im not around to move them on weekends.

Edit; I checked & I have them on a west window in the morning & then on the south window from around 10-4, then I move them back for next morning. Should I just keep them in the south window?

I've watered them each once, but not drowning them like you're supposed to because I plan to repot these from plastic to clay or something soon & I dont want to disturb the roots while they're super wet, but they were looking really thirsty so I felt I should give them a snack.

I don't really know much about the soil, unfortunately, but they're getting repotted into better draining soil. On Tuesday I can use some stuff the office plant guy has; but I'm worried waiting that long to repot and properly water in this condition would be worse than just getting my own and doing it tomorrow.

Other issues are the stubby bottom leaf on Needle that's yellowing, and some itty bitty yellow spots on Haystack. Big thanks to anyone that helps out, my bf got me my cactus & I think my succulent is really cool so I wanna keep them both alive and in good condition (unlike my last succulent that got forgotten behind a curtain for a year+ and turned all purple and shrivled. RIP Kraken)
