Well water ph, alkalinity, and carbonates high - how do I fix?

I have well water that is very hard. I have an imf filter and softener (pellets) that fix the hardness but I still can't stand the feel of our water, my whole family has terribly dry skin, and the water is way too harsh on my newborn. Tastes gross too. I've had 2 water companies come out and tell me my system is working, my water is soft. So I ordered these test strips on amazon to try and figure it out myself. Alkalinity, carbonates, and PH are all high, like higher than the strip tests for.

Any advice on what I can add or change in my system to fix this?
