I'm fairly new to this. My first libre 3 sensor gave me an error message after 24hrs and told me to remove it. I sent in the request for a new one and it was approved. Yay. My second sensor was doing great, but fell off 9 days in. I had a cover over it, but removed the cover temporarily to clean around it. I had some sticky bits on my skin. Well I forgot to put a new cover back on before bed and the sensor came off just as I was getting into bed. The app started saying low blood glucose, so I started worrying that it would be blaring all night with the low blood glucose alarm. So I uninstalled the app. (Hindsight, I should've just turned my phone off). So I reinstalled the libre 3 app this morning after applying a new sensor (the replacement for the first sensor). I'm trying to get a replacement for the second sensor but they're asking for the serial number. Because I uninstalled the app, the second sensor serial number isn't in the "last 3 sensors" column. I threw out the box, I even rummaged through the recycling but couldn't find it. Is there any other way to find the serial number or am I screwed?
