Hi everyone, I’m trying to add my old Deye inverter WiFi logger to my SOLARMAN/DEYE app but I keep getting the error “This device has been added to another home.” The original installer created the monitoring account years ago under their own account and we no longer have access to it. I already tried resetting the dongle and reconnecting the WiFi but it still says the logger is bound to another plant/account. I have the logger SN, inverter SN, and photos proving ownership of the installed system. Has anyone successfully had DEYE/SOLARMAN manually unbind a logger from an old installer account, and what’s the fastest way to reach actual human support?
