Water Shut off constantly (SC)
I’m a SC resident My Apartment Complex CONSTANTLY cuts off the water to the entire Complex multiple times a month for the entire today. everytime it’s an “Emergency” they cut it off the morning of without any warning the day prior or anything and won’t turn it back on until 5PM. Today we were lucky to get it cut back on at 4:10PM this happens multiple times a month and its frustrating. can something be done about this?
