For background information me (beneficiary) had visa overstay and an arrest record for a dismissed misdemeanor charge. No removal orders in the past. Our file was straightforward. Lawyer did his part and no RFE’s was requested throughout the process. I suggest working with a lawyer if your case has complications like mine did.. times are difficult but I hope this helps for whoever’s in need of hope. Good luck everyone.
