27M healthy weight, no medications.

A spot has started on my face and gradually grows larger. I've had it for a week, at first it was small and constantly leaked transparent fluid. No "head" or center. Depth feels shallow but it seems to have removed skin layers and is constantly burning, eg difficulty eating. Last two days restored some skin layer (or hardened fluids, idk), however grown significantly in size.

I'm afraid it's something bacterial/fungal that would require treatment or medication. Any ideas?
