National Vote Share - Greens Second

Reform seems to have peaked (they were polling ~35% at one point) and Greens have come 2nd nationally in vote share (in local elections where youth turnout is usually lower). We have ~3 years until the next GE; Zack and the new leadership managed this in 8 months.

When we say it’s Greens or Reform, that’s what we mean.

So this isn’t the first time the guys have talked about Tucker, but I have been increasingly annoyed by this, and if it is becoming a regular segment I want to give my criticism as a fan.

Hasan has already said this perfectly, but Tucker is allowed to have a platform as a critic of Israeli because a) he isn’t really an antiZionist, just someone who seems to think the political project he supports needs to be more isolationist, and US / Israel support for genocide in Gaza prevents that; b) he is a defender of American Empire at large, which someone like Hasan isn’t (which is why Hasan is getting pilloried by the MSM); and c) because Tucker’s position is essentially “the Jews are making American Empire do evil; without that we’d be a good Empire” and that appeals to libs who love American Empire and fascist thugs who hate Jews.

Just because the smarmy media trained fascist does good TV spots, does not mean you have to keep talking about them. Or, if you are going to talk about them, maybe also ask “why don’t they ever platform a Palestinian like this?” or “he is saying the same thing Hasan said, but not crucifying him for it like they do Hasan” (not to be too Hasan dick ridery, it is just that I think he is arguably the most mainstream antiZionist figure in public discourse).

TL;DR - you don’t, actually, have to give it to Tucker, guys. He is still an American Imperialist small z zionist, he just dislikes the bad PR a genocide provides for *his* desire for an ethnostate at home. Please?
