Pre-provisioned device stuck on updates before tenant sign in
Hi. So, like the title says, have pre-provisioned devices that are in OOBE and stuck at the critical Windows update check before the tenant sign in. It turns on, checks for internet, and then stays on that update screen indefinitely. I'm not sure what could be causing this as we reimage (via SCCM) a device and it goes through everything like normal. If we grab any of our pre-provisioned devices (1700+ as we're a school getting ready for next year's freshmen) and it stays stuck on that screen. This is before signing into our Tenant so the ESP isn't in play yet. We use the Windows volume licenseing installer so we don't have access to the command prompt keyboard shortcut. We used an SCCM flashdrive to grab some log files but I don't really even know which to look at.
Any ideas or is anyone seeing the same thing? We've tried it on a wired network that is essentally bypassed through our firewall (it is used only for hashing and imaging purposes) and we have tried a wifi connection with next to no restrictions.
