As a few people were leaving at once I had my leaving do 4 weeks into my new job. I went to talk to my old boss to say hi and he flamed me. Said I cocked up the last task so bad that his boss yelled at him and the solicitor (lease renewal) and it was all my fault. I ended up leaving my own do early as I was so upset and knocking my confidence for my new role.
