I’m looking into volunteering at a city hospital while I’m applying to social work grad programs. My cataplexy is well controlled with Xyrem right now. I want to be a hospital social worker. But already during the volunteer interview process, I’m realizing how devastating/confusing/scary it would be for a patient if I had cataplexy episode or zoned out enough that it’s noticeable in front of them. Is this is a wise choice ? How do you navigate working with patients even if you know there’s a possibility you could have a catapelxy episode?
The Apple Watch vibration is not strong enough and I’m looking for recommendations for alarms clocks please ! that only vibrate on my wrist to wake me up for my Xyrem doses because I sleep through all the other alarms sometimes.

I’m just starting 9 card spreads and I’m really loving the interpretation help this sub has been offering! Thank you! My question was “is my ex boyfriend (he) confused?” I picked the signifier “clouds” in my head before drawing and otherwise no others - not even the people. I think this draw is saying he is not confused because there’s literally a person walking away from the lady and clouds did not show up in the draw. But what do you think of the snake?and I’m wondering what others are picking up- especially the 3rd column. Is the lady automatically me? And the person him? please share! Thank you.
This is the first 9 card spread I’ve done. I did not pick a question or a center card theme. Funny context I can pick up from the first column is that I’ve been going through a breakup that happened 7 months ago and we’re still talking somewhat and I want to be together again but haven’t told him that yet. Also been going through a spiritual awakening concurrently.
