Trying not to feel disheartened, but had 100 units of Botox under GA 7 days ago and have yet to have a proper burp. Had a few micro burps but nothing with any sort of relief. I have, however, got slow swallow and a real intense feeling of air stuck very high in my throat, which makes my whole mouth salivate 🤢. I also am struggling to eat and drink as I feel like everything sits on top of air stuck in my throat. The gurgling is 10x worse than before.

Is this normal? I need some encouragement!

I also paid completely out of pocket and had to take a two hour flight to get it done (Australia).
