I gave my first full CLAT mock today and wanted some honest feedback from people who’ve already gone through this phase.

Here’s the breakdown:

English

• Total Qs: 24
• Attempted: 20
• Correct: 15
• Incorrect: 5
• Score: 13.75

GK + Current Affairs

• Total Qs: 27
• Attempted: 23
• Correct: 13
• Incorrect: 10
• Score: 10.5

Legal Reasoning

• Total Qs: 31
• Attempted: 24
• Correct: 16
• Incorrect: 8
• Score: 14

Logical Reasoning

• Total Qs: 23
• Attempted: 6
• Correct: 3
• Incorrect: 3
• Score: 2.25

Quantitative Techniques

• Total Qs: 11
• Attempted: 1
• Correct: 1
• Score: 1

Total Score: 41.5

Overall:

• Attempted: 74
• Correct: 48
• Incorrect: 26

I mainly do sectional prep right now (legal, editorials, GK etc.) and this was my first full mock. I know Logical and Quant are weak right now, especially attempts.

I’d really appreciate honest advice:

Is this a normal starting score?, Which section should I prioritize first?, How much can scores realistically improve over the next few months with consistency?, Any tips for improving logical attempts and GK accuracy?

I keep scoring around 3.75/5 even after “analysis” and I genuinely don’t know what I’m doing wrong anymore 😭

After every sectional I check the answers, read the explanations, etc. but my score is literally stuck at the same range. what should i do?

I recently bought MK Pandey’s Analytical Reasoning book for CLAT prep and was honestly surprised by how huge it is (800+ pages).

Do people usually complete the entire book, or are there specific topics/chapters that are considered most important for CLAT? I’d appreciate some guidance on what to prioritize and what can be skipped
