We are moving from GTA to London in July. We have a family doctor here and never had any issues in the last few years. How’s it like to find a new family doctor in London? Are there any clinics accepting new patients? Can we self refer right away or wait until we have actually moved in? TIA.
I have tenants for the last two years who paid rent on time. We want to move in (good faith) and served N12 notice on April 28 with termination date as July 31.
They are disappointed, but I get a sense that they are ready to move on. Received reference calls for new rental applications already. However, they haven't paid the rent for May.
I emailed them earlier that I will pay one month rent compensation before the termination date or they can choose to not pay rent for June in lieu of the compensation.
Should I just apply for L2 with LTB right now and mail them N4 for non payment?
