I had booked an Indane gas cylinder using my Slice credit card. After 3–4 days, when the cylinder was not delivered, I went to the gas agency. They told me that they had not received any payment from my side. So, I made a new booking and paid in cash at that time.

Now I’m confused about how I will get a refund for the transaction I made earlier using my credit card.
