I'm an alumni and I know that this is affecting quite a few of y'all. Since it's the end of semester, if you're having trouble reaching your professor or the dean of a given college and you need additional guidance or support, please reach out to the Dean of Students here:

Working directly with your professor will be the fastest way to resolve your issues, however if they're unavailable, please remember that these folks can also help. Worst case, they can point you in the correct direction and/or it provides another documented effort to fix it on your end.
