I'm employed full time at a large company. Great salary, benefits, stock options etc.
Every couple of weeks I get some junior recruiter reach out with a garbage temporary role looking for me to apply?
Really?
You are likely trying to gather personal Intel for someone who doesnt know me well enough to ask me personally, or using some really poor Ai criteria for your searches.
Could you all stop doing this? Its beyond stupid.
If there is some other reason these recruiters are finding my 10 year old resume in their system ...for some horrible 6 month contract and think I am the lucky candidate, I would love to hear this thought process?
