new update disappeared

a new hyoeros update was available and than i updated and rebooted my phone but after that when i opened update or my device option my phone was still running the old hyperos version and new Update disappeared

i deleted the file app cause it wasnt deleting files and downloaded google file but i cant set any ringtone it dosent have the option to pick google file and there isnt an option in google such as set as ringtone
