Would your arms be helping resist the deacceleration as well or would they be deadweight that the legs have to hold up themselves

And would your full body including arms be able to exert more than the 54x700kg?

I know they got hit by the liquid red plasma stuff when their shields were down but did their shields get drained by them?

So does it only take a small amount of the red stuff to drain their shields and melt their armor?
