A friend of mine is traveling to Japan (Tokyo + Kyoto) and offered to bring back some coffee for me.

I’m mostly interested in unique roasters/beans that are hard to find elsewhere, especially places that really showcase clarity and distinctive profiles.

Any must-visit roasters or shops you’d recommend?

Also, are there good spots to pick up coffee gear at decent prices?
