i have been managing a salon for the past almost 4 years now and i am just so SICK of it all. i love my staff so much and i love my clients, i love being able to make my own schedule and being in charge is so fun HOWEVER the actual management part, like having to deal with employees and their issues (i love them as people but it’s just a lot) i get so overwhelmed. then on top of it im getting emails about sales decreases not even due to me but its my fault because im in charge. i know this all comes with the job trust me but i just am not sure how much longer i can really do this part of the job. i just wanna do hair and make my own schedule 😭
