I’ve been running meta ads for 2 years now and my business is very successful do to it.
I’m now trying to run a collection ad (video with a carousel) but it only shows “single image or video” or “carousel”.
I have tried talking to meta/chat got multiple times to figure this out and they just say the same thing over and over, in which I follow their directions but it never shows “collection” in the ad set.

I know collection ads can only run on mobile devices so I’ve changed that, I’ve turned off manual placements, and everything else I can think of. I’m lost, somebody help!
