I'm a first time founder building a reverse marketplace for local services and products and I got a prototype as of now.
I need your advice of few things.
Should I drop products, keep them as add on or have them on equal footing as services? Or any better suggestions?
Is it advisable to do the pre revenue path or I go straight to charging from day 1 ? And if u suggest the pre way ,about how long that should estimate be?
