Help with floor plan (again)

Took everyone’s advice and modified floor plan with a peninsula. It checks off almost all of our wants in the remodel BUT we want to add a half bath. We want to stay in the same footprint, no additions & keep windows in same place.

Right now all of our guests have to go in the kids bathroom- not ideal lol!

I created a different layout which includes everything we want BUT I am not a professional and would love everyone’s input!

Peninsula plan feels right but no half bath

Floor plan without peninsula has everything we want but feels off..?
What would you change/add?

Kitchen remodel help

Looking for ideas while keeping the same footprint (no addition). We want to keep the windows in the same locations—possibly adjust the height of the tall windows, but not move them overall. The kitchen is surprisingly functional and efficient, but the island feels awkward and half of the kitchen feels underused/useless. Need more counter space and storage. Looking for layout ideas to improve flow and make better use of the space.

Also wanting to add lockers/cabinets and figure out a better washer/dryer setup.

Thank you!
