Does anyone know what’s the scene with the diamond bourse? Like I remember the hype there was at its inauguration when Modi came..largest commercial building and all..but it always seems so deserted all the time you know,no vehicles or traffic just empty..I know there are some offices working in there..but it just doesn’t seem to be living up to its stature if u know what I mean..just interested in what actually happened
