Advice: 1100 grafts for crown/corners
I am 36 years old. I scheduled a procedure for 1100 grafts, FUE, no shave to restore my crown and the corners of the hairline but am getting cold feet and thinking of cancelling.
I’ve applied fin and minoxidil topically for 12 months. BUT I realized recently I’ve been applying it incorrectly and missed a few sets of 1-2 weeks of applying it over that time. I just switched from topical to a pill this week.
I’m wondering if I should 1) cancel my procedure and wait 12 more months of using fin/minoxidil pill before doing a crown/corner transplant, OR 2) continue with scheduled appointment.
I’m mostly worried about the risk that it will go poorly and look like shit (I’m spending a decent amount on a seemingly reputable US doctor, im not getting cheap work). Or concerned maybe I’m jumping in too fast before giving finasteride the proper time to do its work.
