Came across this video showing public transport and streets in Kochi.

If every Indian city had this kind of walkable footpaths and working public transport, I don’t think many people would feel the need to move into gated societies and pay all these extra premium expenses for basic living quality.

When will all Indian cities be like this?

If there's anybody who's currently renting out their gated apartment in Airbnb

How's it going? Are you getting better income than regular rent?
