What plant is this sprouting up in every flower bed in my backyard in south Texas (Houston)? Not sure if it's native or not. It seems to be very fast growing and quickly taking up space. Some of the stalks are like 3+ feet tall, and I think they can get taller. Not sure if you can tell from the pictures but the stalks are fuzzy/spiky with some having purple splotches on them. It seems to be on par with my cannas in terms of growing abilities! Please help!
