When you sprint with a knife/defib/torch and lay down while sprinting just before the small bunkers on the third stage of auger (while NATO) you can actually crawl through the holes I really haven't seen anyone trying this but I am doing this and it makes some funny knife moments because the enemies are not expecting me from there but from the other side where the actual entrance is

I personally don't care about launch speed but that time up is a problem for some people on windows so you can just disable fast boot for a little bit longer load times but you won't have up time of 90 h or more
